DTU iGEM Team 2017: Detecting Snake Venom with Synthetic Biology

The DTU BioBuilders team are once again participating in the iGEM competition, working throughout the summer to develop a new system for detecting snake venoms

This year, the DTU BioBuilders team is working on deveoping a new system for detecting snake venoms. For more details, please refer to our project page.

The DTU BioBuilders are actively trying to reach out, and spread awareness of synthetic biology

The team has attended or hosted the following events so far in 2017:

  • BioBrick Tutorial (Hosted the event)
  • Nordic iGEM Conference
  • 12th Danish Conference on Biotechnology and Molecular Biology (DCB12)
  • European iGEM symposium
  • 2017 International Synthetic & Systems Biology Summer School (SSBSS 2017)

Our team has been fortunate enough to have received grants from the contributors listed below. Without their economic support, we wouldn't have been able to afford working on this project.
